Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.

Yrufkom provides professional wedding and celebration decoration services in Bangladesh. Our services include but are not limited to venue decoration, floral arrangements, lighting design, and custom decoration setups for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate celebrations.

All service specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to confirmation during the consultation process. We work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide decoration services that align with their expectations and budget requirements.

All decoration service bookings require a consultation and written agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. A deposit of 40% is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work begins
• Changes to decoration plans may result in additional charges
• Final payment is due before event setup completion
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information, including dimensions, electrical access, and any restrictions that may affect decoration setup. Access to the venue must be provided at agreed-upon times for setup and teardown activities.

Any changes to event dates, times, or decoration requirements must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled setup. Clients must ensure that venue staff and other vendors are aware of our decoration timeline to avoid conflicts during setup.

• Respect agreed-upon setup and teardown schedules

While we take great care in handling all decoration elements and venue setup, Yrufkom's liability is limited to the direct cost of our decoration services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business activities but cannot be held responsible for venue damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Clients are encouraged to verify that their venue insurance covers decoration activities and any potential issues that may arise during event setup. We work diligently to protect both client property and venue facilities during our decoration services.

All decoration designs, concepts, and creative elements developed by Yrufkom remain our intellectual property. While clients receive full use of these designs for their specific event, reproduction or reuse of our designs for commercial purposes requires written permission.

We may photograph our decoration work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless clients specifically request privacy. Any photographs taken will be used professionally and respectfully to showcase our decoration capabilities to future clients.

Event cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following schedule:

• More than 30 days before event: 50% refund of payments made
• 15-30 days before event: 25% refund of payments made
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund available
• Same-day cancellations: Full charges apply

These policies help us manage our decoration inventory and scheduling commitments to other clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and we work with clients when possible to find mutually acceptable solutions.
